Make outbound calls to potential gamers and clients, introducing and selling gaming services/products.
Build relationships with prospects and provide guidance on gaming offers to generate sales.
Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and sales status within CRM systems.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering insightful guidance on gaming platforms and features.
Follow up on leads and potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement and increase conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, new releases, and in-game features to effectively communicate benefits and opportunities to prospects.Skills:

Strong understanding of gaming concepts, online gaming communities, and digital gaming platforms.
Ability to explain gaming features, in-game purchases, and exclusive offers in simple, clear terms to clients.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and gaming-related software or communication tools like Discord, Steam, and gaming platforms.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, helping to engage with a diverse range of gamers across different regions.Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
Solid understanding of gaming products, online games, and in-game monetization.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings or weekends, as necessary to cater to global gamers and clients.
Familiarity with gaming industry trends and player behavior is a plus.
