Job Description
- As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in order to address customer queries and provide detailed information about our wide range of products and services. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, courteously, and efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In addition to problem resolution, you will also focus on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. By fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business, you will play a key role in enhancing our customer retention rates. Your ability to effectively manage databases will be essential as you maintain and update customer records, including contact details, interaction history, and service request status.

This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and fluency in English is also preferred. The work location for this position is in person, where you will have the opportunity to directly engage with customers and provide them with exceptional service.,
