Location: The orion, Vaishnodevi circle, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO)

Timings : 10 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Educational Qualification : MBA - 2026 Pass Out

Training & Compensation: Training: 6 months up to 10K stipend

CTC/Package : After training, up to 3.84 LPA (based on interview performance)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our dynamic team as Business

Development Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales,

client relationships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Work on providing lead data to conduct follow-ups through emails, and LinkedIn.

Understand client requirements at a high level and qualify leads for the senior sales team.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead interaction details.

Coordinate with internal teams to share prospect insights and schedule meetings.

Requirements:

MBA Freshers

Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and Negotiation skills.

Ability to understand IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, IoT,

Blockchain

Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn in a fast-growing tech environment
