Role Description

This is a 100% commission-based, freelance role. There is no fixed salary or retainer. You earn a competitive commission for every successful partnership or deal you close. This is ideal for self-motivated individuals who have existing networks within the university ecosystem and prefer performance-linked income.

  • Identify and approach universities, colleges, and higher education institutions as potential clients or partners
  • Leverage your existing contacts — department heads, procurement officers, deans, student services leads
  • Pitch and present our offering to university stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Maintain relationships and follow through on signed partnerships
  • Report pipeline updates and deal progress to our team

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Marketing and Sales acumen, including experience in B2B or educational partnerships
  • Research and Data Analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the education or edtech sector is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms is beneficial
