Job Description
You will lead the development and execution of in‑store communication strategies that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and demand generation across multiple market channels.Main responsibilities:Strategic & Channel Development
- Develop tailored trade marketing strategies for each channel (independent clients, top accounts, key accounts, distributors), aligned with corporate, local, and brand guidelines.
- Map the current distribution network, identify gaps, and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Lead client segmentation across the assigned market/hub/area, starting with the Lenses category and expanding to Frames.
- Ensure point‑of‑sale standardization across all channels, elevating brand visibility and presentation quality.
- Create and manage premium, permanent, and dedicated in‑store and window displays in top-tier stores.
- Set up and manage coherent guidelines for planning and distributing brand POS materials.
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise consumer promotions and trade marketing activities.
- Conduct regular market visits (weekly/monthly) across multiple cities to evaluate retail execution, assess opportunities, and monitor competition—followed by structured reports and actionable recommendations.
- Adapt best practices from relevant categories to enhance EssilorLuxottica’s in-store communication and activation standards.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, presenting trade marketing plans in collaboration with brand, training, and sales teams and ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Brief, coordinate, and monitor vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time execution of all deliverables.
- Assess and develop new vendors to continuously improve in-store communication tools and services.
- Provide hands-on guidance to clients and vendors on seasonal campaigns and permanent executions, setting realistic expectations and ensuring flawless implementation.
- Prepare, manage, and track the trade marketing budget, ensuring accurate updates, monitoring, and revisions.
- Raise PORs for all trade marketing-related expenses through the appropriate company portal.
- Maintain weekly internal alignment with commercial teams, brand teams, and senior management to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Coordinate regularly with external partners and vendors on the status of marketing initiatives.
- Several years of proven experience in Trade Marketing within the lenses/eyewear industry, medical/pharmaceutical, FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, or other premium product categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus; English is mandatory.
