Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member, located in Noida sec 90. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their investment needs, and advising them on suitable property options. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, presenting and explaining property features, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales.

• Sales and negotiation experience
• Client engagement and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
