We have capabilities to provide furnaces based on our own design or the design supplied by consultants like Technip, HTAS, EIL, PDIL, ABB/ CB&I, etc. We also carry out design studies, consultation and supply engineering personnel to existing and new refineries and petrochemical plants worldwide. Esteem's fabrication shop at Baddi (HP, India) provides international quality standard facilities for fabrication of Fired Heaters, Pressure Vessels, Prefabricated Piping, Heater Coils, etc.
We have qualified procedures & welders for almost all types of material used in Fired Heater Coils (Carbon steel grades, Stainless steels, Alloy Steels and special alloys) Our other fabrication facility at Noida, (UP, India) is being used towards fabrication of high precision equipment like heater coils and speciality dampers, etc. We engage reputed third party inspection agencies like CEIL, BVIS, DNV, etc. to assure quality of the work in addition to our internal and clients' inspection. Since its inception in 1994, Esteem has built a solid reputation for its cost effective and reliable services.
