Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies.
- Assist in travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
- Support HR and finance teams with employee records, payroll assistance, and documentation.
- Handle invoice processing, expense reports, and office budget tracking.
- Coordinate office maintenance, liaising with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
