Role Description
Build a strong hiring ecosystem by

• Establishing company partnerships for job opportunities.
• Selecting and onboarding Campus CEOs / student ambassadors.
• Expanding college presence and driving platform adoption.
  

Core Responsibilities

• Corporate Partnership and Hiring Network
• Identify and approach startups, HR teams, and recruiters.
• Pitch your platform and onboard companies to post hiring opportunities.
• Maintain recruiter relationships and follow up on hiring needs.
• Ensure job opportunities are added and updated in the platform.
• Campus CEO/Ambassador Program
• 
  Identify potential Campus CEOs from colleges.
• Conduct screening calls and onboarding.
• Manage ambassador performance and engagement.
• Coordinate campus activities, assessments, and club launches.
• College Club and Ecosystem Development
• Help establish campus clubs aligned with your platform.
• Plan growth initiatives, events, or hiring drives.
• Act as the bridge between corporates and student communities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication & negotiation skills (B2B + student interaction).
• LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and relationship building.
• Understanding of hiring pipelines or campus recruitment models.
• Ability to manage multiple colleges and corporate contacts simultaneously.
• Basic CRM or spreadsheet tracking experience.

• 0–3 years experience in:
