Sr Electrical Site Engineer

The Site Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing electrical construction activities for substations and transmission line projects. This role includes ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and effective collaboration among various stakeholders.

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Assist in the development of project schedules and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Site Supervision and Management:
• Oversee electrical installation and construction activities at substations and along transmission lines.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret electrical diagrams, specifications, and technical documents.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Testing and Commissioning:
• Participate in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Facilitate communication between the project team, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction with a focus on substations and transmission lines.
• In-depth understanding of high voltage electrical systems and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

• Salary will be Rs.25000-Rs.30000 per month and it may be vary based on interview.
