About the Role :

Eternalight Infotech is looking for an Outbound + Inbound Sales Leader who can own the entire revenue pipeline, from demand generation to deal closure. This role is not limited to cold outreach, it requires strong leadership across outbound prospecting, inbound lead strategy, digital marketing alignment, and revenue conversion.

You will work closely with the founder to define sales motion, build scalable systems, and turn both outbound and inbound channels into predictable revenue engines.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Own end-to-end sales strategy across outbound and inbound channels
  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize outbound prospecting workflows
  • Lead inbound sales strategy, converting website and campaign leads into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives including SEO, content, paid campaigns, and lead funnels
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Qualify, nurture, and close high-value opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and solution presentations
  • Analyze pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Partner with delivery and technical teams for smooth client handovers
  • Lay the foundation for future sales team structure and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Leadership
  • Proven success in outbound sales, inbound conversion, and account management
  • Strong experience with inbound funnel ownership and digital marketing collaboration
  • Hands-on exposure to SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Experience converting inbound leads from websites, campaigns, and CRMs into revenue
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of sales automation, CRM workflows, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create compelling sales decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations

    Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in high-ownership roles
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in technology or software services sales is preferred
