Role Description
The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth within an assigned zone. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client-centric solutions and preparing regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:
Build Network with the fertilizer, pesticides and contract farming Industry
Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing or Agri-Business preferred.
4 - 5 years of experience in fertilizers, pesticides, Agri-inputs, or contract farming operations.

Proven experience in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks within agricultural markets.
Demonstrated ability to achieve regional or zonal sales targets and manage large territories.
Experience in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, farmer engagement programs, and product promotions.
Strong capability in team leadership and supervision, including managing Area Managers and field staff.
In-depth knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, crop protection products, and farming practices.
