Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at EtherFly Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building new client relationships, and executing growth strategies to drive revenue for the agency. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, creating proposals, leading pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Furthermore, the role involves market analysis, client engagement, and representing the agency at industry events to promote its digital marketing services.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, account management, and networking skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Lead Generation.

    Proficient in negotiation, proposal creation, and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with website and app development, graphic design, content marketing, and branding.
  • Analytical skills for marketplace research, competition analysis, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or a relevant industry is preferred.
