Job description
A global proprietary trading firm is expanding its rates desk in Dubai and seeking an experienced macro rates trader. Run discretionary strategies across interest rate and credit markets, manage your own PnL, and trade with autonomy on both regional and global opportunities.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy to run strategies across interest rate and credit markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute discretionary trading strategies across interest rate products and related fixed income instruments.
- Identify opportunities in regional (MENA/GCC) and global markets.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, policy changes, and market flows to inform trading decisions.
- Manage your own PnL while collaborating with other traders and analysts.
What weu2019re looking for:
- 5+ yearsu2019 experience trading rates, swaps, or related macro products.
- Proven track record of profitability and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and execute trade ideas independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
