Job Description
- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with prospects and clients
- Deliver compelling, customized D365 product demonstrations (CE, CRM, Sales, or Finance modules).
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to design solution architectures aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and scope documents.
- Support the sales cycle with consultative selling, identifying business pain points and D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and functional teams for accurate effort estimation and pricing.
- Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, and proposal defense calls.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and related technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
- 57 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a Pre-Sales or Solution Consultant role for Microsoft D365.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE / CRM / Sales / Finance modules.

- Proven experience in creating and delivering product demos, client presentations, and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI response creation, effort estimation, and proposal drafting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.
- Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
