About the RoleWere looking for a smart, driven, and proactive Sales & BD Executive who can build relationships, understand packaging requirements, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a foundational role youll be working directly with the founder and be responsible for driving topline revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across retail, QSR, FMCG, fashion, and grocery sectors
- Understand client packaging needs and offer tailored solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads from email, calls, LinkedIn, exhibitions, etc.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and manage negotiations
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
- Maintain a CRM/reporting sheet of deals in progress
- Assist in building strategic channel partnerships or distributor networks
Required Qualifications & Skills- 13 years of experience in B2B sales (packaging, printing, logistics, or manufacturing background preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand technical product details and client requirements
- Self-starter, with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with travel and field visits within city or region
