-The role involves managing HR operations, reporting, and analytics while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management and data-driven HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee data using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Build HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel and Power BI.

- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS data integrity.
- Participate in HR projects, process optimization, and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation skills
Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
