Audience Growth Executive (Social Media & Video)

As an Audience Growth Executive, your role is to amplify our digital news reach across social discovery platforms and algorithm driven feeds (Instagram, YouTube etc.). You achieve this by executing Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies, conducting research on trends and social search, identifying ways to optimize our offerings, and collaborating closely with our creative, video, and newsletter editorial teams."

What you'll do:

- Assist in publishing and distributing content across social and video platforms

- Support headline packaging, thumbnails and formatting for better discoverability

- Monitor performance dashboards and flag trending content

- Help execute daily posting schedules and campaign plans

- Track audience engagement and platform behavior

- Support app growth efforts through notifications and distribution workflows

- Coordinate with editors to ensure smooth content flow

- Maintain publishing accuracy and quality under deadlines

- Share quick performance updates with the growth team.
