Audience Growth Manager (Social)

As an Audience Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategies to increase the organisation's online audience, engagement, and reach.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute growth strategies across social media, newsletters and notifications.
• Work with the editorial team to optimize content, formats and timings for discoverability.
• Manage social distribution across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads etc.).
• Use audience data to guide decisions and improve performance.
• 
  Support mobile app growth through installs, repeat usage and habit building.
• Build partnerships that extend reach and visibility.
• Encourage audience engagement and community around our journalism.
• Mentor, guide and enable team members handling daily distribution tasks/workflows.
• Share clear performance insights with editorial and leadership teams.

Who you are:
