Key responsibilities
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Skills & qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and present design concepts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of interior design and sales processes is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role.
Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is preferred.
