Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating on strategic business plans. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify growth areas, conducting client presentations, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth. The role will also entail coordinating with internal teams to implement customer-specific solutions and achieve performance targets.
Local candidates preferred for Bangalore
Must have experience in getting brand specification with architects, consultants, or key accounts
Profile focus: Key Accounts / Farmer / BDM (not sales/channel partners)
Should have strong exposure to brand specification selling and corporate clients
Good communication skills & personality a must
Ability to handle key account management and build long-term relationships

Not channel sales, not dealer/distributor profiles
Role Responsibilities
Drive specifications and business development in assigned territory
Work closely with architects, consultants, builders, and key accounts to ensure brand approvals and specifications
Generate business through specifications and follow-ups till project closure
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and timely execution.
