Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this position will lead efforts to identify and create new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence of Harrington. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing potential partnerships, overseeing sales performance, negotiating contracts, and presenting proposals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and achieve targeted business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, sales pitches, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnership development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and customer-focused solutions.
  • Prior experience in industrial sectors, IT, or hospitality markets is a plus.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
