Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the railway sector. The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and build relationships with stakeholders in the railway industry. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The individual will also be responsible for market research, competitive analysis, and achieving sales targets while representing Euronics as a trusted partner.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the railway sector, including market trends and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Proficiency in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Experience in working with corporate and public sector clients is advantageous.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
