JOB PURPOSE

• Collects, validates and analyses deal and/or transactional data to identify patterns and trends that provide business insights and helps to inform decision-making


• Extracts deal and/or transactional information to produce and maintain databases in a timely manner


• Performs regular data cleansing and quality checks


• Gathers requirements and communicates findings to Sales, Marketing and Audience Development colleagues in multiple locations via email/telephone.


• Extracts and provides various brand and/or event-related information as required by US and UK colleagues

• Experience gained within a data analytic environment and preferably in marketing research, business analytics or financial modelling


• A basic knowledge of the financial sector would be desirable


• Proficient in MS Office (including MS Outlook)


• Good track record in using SQL and MS Excel to create bespoke tables/views in relational databases


• Strong analytical and logical skills: able to analyse and manipulate large amounts of data to support sales and business development initiatives


• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
