Work location - Baner, Pune Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate qualified leads / opportunities for the company and further drive them to Closure
  2. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  3. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  4. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  5. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
  6. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  7. Collaborating with management on sales goals
  8. Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Requirements and Skills:

  1. 2 to 4yrs of experience from IT sales who have strong experience in appointment generation
  2. Should be a graduate with B2B sales experience preferably in the USA / UK market
  3. Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month.
  4. Ensure 100% CRM and Timesheet adherence and updating
  5. Should have carried revenue goal as the most important metric with proven track record in attaining the target over the last 4 quarters in the previous role
  6. Should be able to articulate the value proposition and deliver presentations with the prospect
  7. Prior experience of managing sales campaigns and executing it by self and through his/her team would be an added advantage
  8. Should be willing to demonstrate selling skills in a fast-paced sales environment by taking complete ownership of day-to-day activities and eventually meet the quarterly goals by winning new clients
  9. A good understanding of technologies such as Opensource, front-end technologies, Content Management Systems, Mobile, QA/ Testing would be an added advantage.
  10. Focused on producing results without being supervised
