Senior Manager | Loan Servicing

Department: Corporate & Investment Banking Loan Servicing (Lending Services)

Location: Gurgaon (5-Days Work from Office)

Shifts/Timings: US Shift / Night Shift 9PM to 6AM (Might become rotational (24X5) shift later depending on project requirements)

Key Responsibilities

Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Senior Manager will join the Lending Services (Corporate & Commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting loan servicing team:

Managing Commercial Lending- Syndication and Bilateral deals Loan

Cash Matching Assistance: including reconciling incoming & outgoing cash flows between borrower payments, lender disbursements, and system-generated expectations and

FHAD (Financial Hold & Adjustment Desk) Processing / Clearing

Booking Audit: Loan Booking Audit, including Auditing Loans, Amortization schedule, Admin fee, Letter of Credit (LC) fees and Maturity Date

Loan Servicing (Transaction Processing in Loan-IQ): includes Borrowings / Advances / Drawdowns, Repricing / Rollover / Conversion, Principal Payments / Paydowns / Scheduled Decreases, Interest Payment, Unused Fee Payment, Event Fee, Pricing Change Transaction, Loan Change Transaction, Standby Letter of Credit Fees (SBLC) Increase/Decrease, SBLC Fee Payment, Commitment Increase/Decrease, Global Payment, Manual Share Adjustment, Cash Matching

Swingline Payments: Processing swingline draws in Gtreasury & ensuring accurate record keeping in LIQ, Provide multiple downstream reports to stakeholders

Deal Closing, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Past Due Reconciliation, Unusual rate review, tax tracking on commercial lending

Review loan documents including loan agreement, tax bill/receipt, deed of trust, amortization schedule and book a deal/loan into ACBS (Automated Commercial Banking System)/Strategy Loan IQ

Deal Closing, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Past Due Reconciliation, Unusual rate review, tax tracking on commercial lending

Trades & Settlements Support: Assignment Drafts, Lender KYC, Loan Assignments, Funded/Unfunded Obligation Changes

Required Qualifications

Strong Accounting and financial skills.

Understanding and experience of commercial lending and loan servicing

Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time

Good MS Office Skills reserved.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner

Bachelors/Masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting from a reputed institute with 12+ years experience in similar profile
