Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and messages
  2. Providing information about our services and scheduling appointments
  3. Timely addressal and resolution of customer complaints
  4. Collaborate with various internal teams for a seamless patient experience
  5. Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  6. Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in the customer support function
  7. Gather and structure intel and feedback from customers to improve our services

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

-Language requirement: Hindi, English and Kannada
