Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Daily responsibilities include presenting and promoting company services, negotiating contracts, delivering outstanding customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Training and managing sales teams to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in event management or the GCC market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
