About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost & Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting compliance and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (TDS, GST, income tax, PF, PT, etc.).

• Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as required.
• Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
