Data Analyst

Role Description

Evergreen.AI is building enterprise-grade AI solutions and frameworks that transform how organizations operate. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling AI systems to deliver measurable business impact by ensuring data quality, accessibility, and actionable insights. You will analyze complex datasets, design dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to support AI workflows, evaluations, and enterprise reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Generate actionable insights to improve AI workflows, model performance, and business outcomes.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Data Quality & Governance

• 
  Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Implement validation checks and monitoring for data pipelines supporting AI systems.

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with ML engineers, product teams, and FDEs to align data requirements with AI workflows.
• Support evaluation frameworks by providing metrics and trend analysis for model performance and adoption.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in data processes.
• Contribute to reusable templates and reporting frameworks for scalability across clients.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in data analysis and reporting for enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, evaluation metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with LLM eval metrics and labeling workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
