Job Description
We are hiring a Legal Advisor to handle real estate transactions, compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts
- Advise on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws
- Conduct legal due diligence (title, zoning, land records)
- Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel
Requirements
- LLB or JD degree
- Good Knowledge of Corporate Law
