Job Description

Were looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Organic Growth Marketer to put Everstage on the map in organic discovery - whether through search engines today or emerging LLM-based surfaces tomorrow. The role is centered on driving pipeline through SEO and organic growth initiatives, while also contributing to selective SEM execution as a supporting channel. Its perfect for someone who thrives on shipping fast, measuring what matters, and doubling down on what works.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own full-funnel goals from organic-led sources, with SEO and discoverability as the primary levers.
  • Implement structural SEO/AEO improvements: schema, internal linking, freshness updates, page speed, and user experience.
  • Plan and deliver weekly growth initiatives - prioritizing speed, quality, and measurable downstream impact.
  • Refresh and optimize web pages, landing journeys, and discoverability signals to grow qualified traffic and conversion.
  • Research and adapt to new discovery channels (LLM search, AI answers, niche surfaces) and create repeatable ways to capture demand.
  • Drive authority building through outreach, mentions, and visibility across trusted third-party sources.
  • Track organic performance metrics - traffic, rankings, conversion, and pipeline impact - ensuring attribution is clean and insights are actionable.
  • Collaborate with external content agencies, design, and dev teams to ship pages, campaigns, and experiments quickly.
  • Support SEM campaign execution as a complementary lever to extend reach and accelerate learnings.
This role would be a great fit for you, if
  • Have 2-5 years of SEO, inbound, or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B.

  • Are biased toward action, moving projects forward without getting stuck in lengthy strategy cycles.
  • Understand how pipeline is generated across search, content, and paid, but care most about execution over theory.
  • Can balance short-term experiments with long-term SEO/AEO investments, and track performance across both.
  • Are organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel without losing quality.
  • Write clear, crisp copy that adapts well for CTAs, landing pages, and outreach.
  • Bring curiosity, ownership, and pride to your work, and enjoy pulling the levers that drive real revenue impact.
