Education

• BCS/BCA/MCS/MCA/BSC-Comp./MSC-Comp.
• Post-Graduation: MBA (Preferred)
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead team of data research to support the needs internal and customer driven requirements.
• Lead data research team to perform Industry studies and produce company notes to provide data and analysis to make the research process more efficient and robust.
• Lead the data research team to organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical tools.
• Lead the synthesis and translation of large volumes of complex information to senior management.
• Tracks and analyze usage trends and propose recommendations based on findings.
• Make regular presentations to the team on relevant topics/areas of expertise and status of projects.
• Work with Everstream project teams and design analysis plan and most effective research strategies.
• Builds knowledge of current research, technology, and best practices related to digital product analytics.
  

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant research experience
• Team management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical aptitude problem solving, quantitative
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Leader and excellent interpersonal skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated analytic skills and working knowledge of statistical analysis
• Strong communications skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and understand their needs
• Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to use digital product analytics to improve business outcomes
• Technical Skills/Software - Understanding
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Business Analytics tools.
