Job Opportunity: Senior IT Governance Leader Finance/NBFC
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
Experience Required: Minimum 20 years.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Governance professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for a Finance/NBFC organization.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Setup & Management

- Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers.
- Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
- Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
- Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
- Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
- Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
IT Governance & Compliance
- Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
- Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
Leadership & Strategy
- Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
- Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
- Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
- Hands-on with ROC tools Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of finance/NBFC sector.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
