We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers to join our Voice / Blended team in Pune as Tele Callers. The candidate will engage with clients and prospects over calls, provide information about products or services, and help build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy communication, persuasion, and client interaction, and want to develop a career in account and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
  
• Respond to inbound calls and handle customer queries effectively.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  
• Assist in updating client databases and contact information.
  
• Support account management teams by providing timely information to clients.
  
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
