Rail Systems Assessor (ISA) - GCC Region

EWI have an exciting opportunity for Rail Systems Assessor, to join a leading European Engineering Consultancy to join a prestigious Rail project in the Middle East
Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the safety aspects of rail systems with a focus on Operations & Maintenance in the GCC region.
• Collaborate with project teams, O&M professionals, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documentation related to rail systems, identifying potential safety risks and proposing effective mitigation measures.
• Utilise O&M experience to enhance safety protocols and procedures in rail projects.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Independent Safety Assessor in rail systems, with a specific emphasis on O&M.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulations in the rail industry.
• Strong background in O&M practices within rail systems.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
• Familiarity with regional safety standards and practices in the GCC region is highly desirable.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Independent Safety Assessor
• Over 10 years of overall professional experience
