Job Description
- As a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives to enhance customer engagement through optimized marketing automation strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, and ensuring data security and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, configurations, and customizations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns using various Marketing Cloud Studios, creating personalized campaigns using SQL, AMPscript, and APIs, defining segmentation strategies, developing reports and dashboards, providing training to teams, and troubleshooting technical issues.
To excel in this role, you must possess a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting. You should have a strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Studios, expertise in Journey Builder and Automation Studio, proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and JavaScript, experience with API integrations, and knowledge of marketing automation strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, experience with Datorama, Interaction Studio, and Einstein AI, as well as prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
