Job Description
- As a Night-Shift Transaction Services Analyst at Exbo Group / KENA International, you will be a crucial member of the Transaction Services (TS) team operating on US hours. Your role will involve evaluating target-company accounting, compiling databooks, liaising with target management, and presenting findings to Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. You will play a key role in assessing quality of earnings, analyzing assets and liabilities, projecting net working capital, and preparing NWC bridges. It will be your responsibility to restate financials to US GAAP, build and maintain databooks, investigate GL issues, and draft issue logs and red-flag memos for investment decisions.
Operating in real-time with US deal teams, you will prepare client Q&A, benchmarking, and industry scans to facilitate deal velocity overnight. Your role will also include maintaining documentation, upholding workpaper hygiene, and ensuring review readiness. The ideal candidate will have a CA/CPA (or in final stages) qualification, with 1-3 years of relevant Audit/Assurance/TS experience. Advanced Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent prioritization abilities are essential for success in this role. A willingness to learn new tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
This full-time position will involve a hybrid work model in Kolkata with periodic in-person collaboration. The night-shift schedule will be from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST with breaks and may flex during peak deal periods. The compensation includes a competitive salary with night-shift allowance, meals available if working from the office, and opportunities for learning and development in the PE/VC-backed, high-growth transactions space.
