Role Overview :
- The GM / VP - Marketing will lead and execute bsmoutsourcing's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

- This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and events. The VP of Marketing collaborates closely with the sales, operations, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals, focusing on lead generation and brand building.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including website, social media, and email, to attract and retain target audiences.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to maximize online visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve optimal ROI.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners, to enhance brand reputation.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team to optimize marketing efforts.
