Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing/Food Industry

- 18-25+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or process industries
- Strong exposure to multi-plant operations and regulatory audits
- ITIL / ERP / Security certifications preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end SAP/ERP implementation, upgrades, integration, and support covering production, quality, supply chain, finance, and MIS.
- Drive process automation and digitalization in food manufacturing, including production monitoring, utilities, QC systems, weighment, traceability, and reporting.
- Ensure IT systems support compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and customer audit requirements.

- Manage multi plant IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data integrity, backups, business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Implement IT policies, SOPs, access controls, and change management to ensure system reliability and audit readiness.
- Enable real time data visibility and analytics for operational and management decision making.
Key Requirement:
- Strong hands on leadership in SAP/ERP and food industry process automation is mandatory.
Infrastructure & Cost Management:
- Oversee servers, networks, cloud services, email platforms (O365), backups, and connectivity.
- Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware assets, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure cost-effective, scalable, and future-ready IT solutions.
