RequirementsWhat you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need: Proven C-suite or senior leadership experience within the real estate industry A strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulatory environment A track record of building high-performing sales teams and scaling brokerage operations Strategic vision combined with commercial awareness and operational expertise European or international brand experience is a strong advantage Leadership that inspires trust, performance, and culture
