Job Description
We are looking for a Content Analyst to join our REFMASTER team in Hyderabad/Chennai locations.
This is an amazing opportunity to work on WOS Product. The team consists of 100 colleagues and are reporting to a Content Manager. We have a great skill set in Data Curation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in analyzing data and accurately curating the information.
About You
Education (Any Bachelor's degree or related degree)
Work experience (At least 1 year of experience in Data curation)- Knowledge, skills, or abilities (Proven experience in content analysis and curation)
- General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Good oral and written communication skills, with excellent command of English

What will you be doing in this role?
You will be capturing author, address, references, Source and Abstracts from published journal and book material according to established editorial policies- You will be part of the Refmaster team that is responsible for capturing the Author, Volume, Page, Title, Autopopulated information in References from XML feeds.
- You are expected to have excellent typing skills
- Any additional tasks assigned per process requirement from time to time need to be completed as per the assigned timeline.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and follow, adaptable, clear in process policies, approachable, team player, self-starter, timeliness, all would be key factors to succeed

About the Team
Refmaster team plays a vital role in reference processing, where extraction and linking them to source document is the largest and most important process in Web of Science. We have a great team of self-driven colleagues who perform data curation on daily basis. The team currently consists of 100 members. The Team’s key responsibilities are curating data with accuracy and speed to ensure the overall citation processing is completed within timelines.
Hours of Work
- The regular working hours are 9:00 AM IST to 06: 00 PM IST
- Ready to be flexible to work on extra hours as per business/process requirement
