Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential B2B clients (exporters, manufacturers, D2C brands) who can benefit from selling internationally.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in trade shows/webinars.
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Pitch Eximsos services to potential sellers and convert them into platform users.
  • Assist new sellers in onboarding, documentation, and listing products for global markets.
  • Market Expansion
  • Explore new market opportunities (regions/products) where Indian products have demand.
  • Support partnerships with international marketplaces, importers, and trade bodies.

  • Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded clients.
  • Provide feedback and support to ensure high seller satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Reporting
  • Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Share insights with the product and marketing teams to improve service offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
