As a member of the HR team at Exito, your role involves fostering a high-performance culture across the three key verticals - Flagship Events, Customized Events, and Inside Sales. You will be driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance that align with the business goals of the organization, thereby creating a positive and growth-oriented workplace environment.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Developing and implementing strategic hiring plans to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Employee Management & Engagement:
- Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Ensuring discipline and adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance morale.
- Monitoring employee retention and turnover trends, providing insights.
- Handling workplace safety concerns and grievance resolution.
Compliance & HR Policies:
- Assisting in policy development and updates to align with company values.
- Ensuring compliance with ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Training & Development:
- Coordinating training plans between trainers and employees.
- Researching and implementing L&D initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collecting training feedback and integrating improvements.
- Analyzing employee performance and recommending targeted training programs.
- Organizing workshops/seminars on relevant industry trends and skills.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment & HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS & ATS (Zoho preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
