Senior / Analytics Consultant - Gen AI (4-8 years)
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore - Hybrid
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior / Analytics Consultant - GenAI to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring 4-8 years of experience in Analytics with 2-3 years of hands-on expertise in Generative AI solutions.
You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge GenAI applications while leveraging your analytics and data engineering skills to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize GenAI applications such as Agentic AI systems, LLM-powered solutions, NLP pipelines, and chatbots.
- Develop scalable data analytics workflows using Python and SQL to support GenAI initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct experiments, fine-tune LLMs, and evaluate model performance.
- Stay updated with the latest GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- (Optional) Work with big data technologies (PySpark) to handle large-scale datasets for model training and analytics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-8 years of total experience in Analytics / Data Science.
- 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Agentic AI, Chatbots, etc.).
- Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or building custom AI agents.
