Analytics Associate – Predictive Modeling

What role you will play in team: Develop and implement predictive models to enhance business decision-making within our IT service management operations.

What you will do: Build and maintain models that forecast key IT metrics, improving service efficiency and resource allocation.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and validate predictive models using various statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) requiring predictive modeling.
• Clean and prepare large datasets for model building.
• 
  Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models.
• Communicate model insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in R or Python programming.
• Understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
