We are seeking a CRM Manager-B2C for a full-time remote position. The CRM Manager will oversee and optimize customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive client-focused initiatives. This includes executing CRM campaigns, analyzing consumer data, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance B2C outreach and retention strategies. The role will involve market segmentation, project planning, and implementing best practices to increase client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
