This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems to enhance client interactions and ensure seamless processes. Responsibilities include managing client data, analyzing client behavior, developing tailored CRM strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement. The CRM Manager will also lead projects related to CRM improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
