Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional support via Calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via calls.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
