Hiring For International BPO II Sales II Upselling Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products/services during customer interactions.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support.
• Mandatory experience in Upselling/Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
